We are back for yummy healthy lunch at organic vegan restaurant, Ukishima garden.
I ordered ” toro toro majin don” 

"Majin" means millet in  Okinawan language. 
Red rice with fried veggies topped with millet sticky sauce.  
According the chef, this sauce was made only from millet, soy sauce and soy milk. 
I thought miso was used since it has slight rich cheesy flavor but not. The secret is very special organic millet, the chef told me. 
In japan, we like ” yamake” the grated yum potato on top of rice. This menu got inspired from this yamakake rice. I will definitely try to make this sauce!
