Since I bought super powerful blender ” Vita Mix” at Master chef live, I have been having super healthy green smoothie almost every day.

Vita mix is so great because it can blend until very smooth, I can put carrot or apple that is not good for smoothie.
Today’s ingredients are
Kale, tomato, chia seed, banana and alkaline water
I always soak chia seed for at least 10 minutes then add the rest of ingredients.

Kale is very new to my kitchen but I start to have them since my lecturer at nutrition course kept telling us how fabulous they are.
I bought this bunch at organic vegetable shop on Oxford street last weekend. ( not “About life”, opposite of ” About life” ) It was $1.7!
I was so surprised because last time I bought, it was $4 at Randwick vegetable shop which is not organic shop.
Kale…the king of vegetable! dark green leafy vegetable has the best nutritious value and kale is mostly the best source of everything among other vegetables.
rich in protein, calcium, iron even omega 3,6,9…..and countless phytochemical

oh, I must add that today’s smoothie was made by my super healthy boy friend…thanks honey!
