Gluten & dairy free sweet potato loaf
I am cutting down ” wheat product”, especially refined flour for better health so I start to make lots of gluten free sweets.
so I bought a lots of nutritious flours!!!!!
I was inspired to make this recipe by “pumpkin loaf “ recipe from the Gluten-free kitchen, Sue Shepherd.
I make several changes.
I use sweet potato instead of pumpkin cos I bought lots of sweet potato…

This burger is very very nutritious! and tasty. Even non vegetarian people like this burger.
It contains kidney beans, almonds, flaxseed….high in protein, iron and omega3!

We went to Southern Highlands that is 1.5 hour drive from Sydney to attend a wedding.
The bride is from Bowal so wedding was held at Bowal. It is very beautiful town and I really enjoyed staying there for two days.

When we arrived in Hawaii, the first thing we did was to look for a breakfast.

blueberry, coconut and mango. well, it wasn’t the best choice since it was frozen so I don’t know when it was made..could be a month ago. damn! but taste was nice.
Since coconut one is so ” coconut”, I add to some into blueberry and some into mango, then it was nice :)
